📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
• Conduct prenatal check-ups and monitor the health of mothers throughout their pregnancy.
• Assist in the delivery process, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the mother and the newborn.
• Provide postnatal care and follow-up visits to monitor the recovery of mothers and newborns.
• Educate mothers on prenatal care, childbirth preparation, and postnatal care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Document patient records and maintain accurate medical charts.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest midwifery practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Midwife with a valid certification from a recognized midwifery board.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in midwifery, with a strong focus on prenatal, childbirth, and postnatal care.
• Proven ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other midwifery software.
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and guidelines specific to Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung.
