📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data using industry-standard tools such as SAP and MS Office.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve production issues.
• Create and maintain detailed production schedules and work orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to other locations within Indonesia as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
