📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leverage SAP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement programs.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
