As a General Worker at MBG Fruits, you will be part of a team that handles a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing and storing produce, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. Our warehouse is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and software, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software, to ensure efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.
• Organize and store fresh produce in the warehouse, maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including packing, labeling, and quality checks.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software to update and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of fresh produce to various retail and wholesale clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
