Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the NPI process from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and technical specifications.Manage and mentor a team of engineers and specialists to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product introduction.Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-market and improve product performance.Monitor and analyze NPI metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Represent Celestica at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the NPI team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in NPI, product development, or a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.Proven track record of successfully managing NPI projects and delivering products to market.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in electronics manufacturing.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time zones.🛠️ Keahlian
