📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the company's manufacturing operations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to streamline financial processes.,Provide financial guidance and support to the manufacturing team to optimize cost and revenue.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable and receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and manufacturing accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the lubricant industry is a plus.
