📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service,Maintain and update customer records and claims databases,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth claims processing,Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support,Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies,Generate and analyze reports on claims processing and customer service metrics,Collaborate with the IT team to improve and maintain the claims processing system

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related administrative role,Strong knowledge of insurance products and claims processing procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
