📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and cross-selling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to tailor solutions to meet their requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
