📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance management systems using tools like SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Design and manage reward programs, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on performance management and reward strategies.
• Collaborate with HR professionals and managers to ensure alignment between compensation programs and business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and reward strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management and reward strategies, preferably in the agribusiness industry.
• Proven experience with performance management systems and reward programs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in performance management or reward strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
