Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and ability to travel
