📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing basic nursing care to employees, including wound care, medication administration, and health assessments.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.,Promoting a healthy lifestyle and providing health education to employees.,Collaborating with the HR department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assisting in the organization of health screenings and medical check-ups.,Providing first aid and emergency care to employees when necessary.,Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the healthcare area.,Participating in continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest nursing practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic medical equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
