📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure targets are met,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects,Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics,Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role,Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Understanding of quality management systems and standards,Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
