Camp Port Pratama is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong ability to communicate and train others effectively. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development (preferred).
