Accor Indonesia is seeking a talented and passionate Outlet Staff to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our brand. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and processed efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and outlet performance goals.,Assist in stock replenishment and ensure proper inventory management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using office software.,Familiarity with sales and customer service principles.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
