📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR Manager.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive and productive work environment.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
