Sentosa Insurance is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insurance business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve our operational performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insurance business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve our operational performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operational team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance operations and processes.,Proven track record of improving operational performance and efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
