📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide training and support to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership position.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
