Dough Darlings is seeking a Strategic HR Manager to lead our Talent & Culture Development initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company's future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that drives our business success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through initiatives and programs.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement.,Conduct regular HR metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent development and culture building.,Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
