📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct support and care to children and families in need, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.,Conduct assessments and develop case plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services and support.,Promote child protection and safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.,Advocate for children and families, working to secure their rights and access to necessary services.,Participate in community outreach and education programs to raise awareness about child protection and development issues.,Provide counseling and support to families, helping them to build strong, resilient relationships.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and programs, making recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child protection or development role, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.,Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and other professionals.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of and experience working in a multicultural setting is highly desirable.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
