Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement student development programs that align with the university's mission and values.Lead and mentor a team of student development professionals.Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and cultural events for students.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student development initiatives.Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the student community.Represent NTU Bali at national and international student development conferences.Stay updated with best practices in student development and share knowledge with the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in student development or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of multicultural and international student issues.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Understanding of Indonesian culture and context is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
