As a Merchant Success Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new EDC (Electronic Data Capture) merchants and ensuring their success. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential merchants, conduct site visits, and provide training and support to ensure they are fully equipped to use our solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring merchant performance and providing feedback to help them improve.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire new EDC merchants through sales canvassing and outreach efforts.
• Conduct site visits to potential merchants to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide training and support to merchants to ensure they are fully equipped to use our EDC solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their long-term success.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track and manage merchant interactions and data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our merchant acquisition and success strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring and retaining customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
