📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
