📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop outlet staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
