Smart Crystal Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Cashier Staff to join our team in Belawan. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in our retail environment. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote).
