Star Camp Abadi is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
