📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or large-scale company.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
