📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of pipelines using pipe jacking techniques
• Manage and coordinate a team of workers, including subcontractors
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure efficient and effective execution of the pipe jacking process
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on pipe jacking techniques
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety protocols
• Proficient in using construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in pipe jacking techniques, such as from the International Tunneling Association (ITA), is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
