• Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
