📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.,Monitor and report on call performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior telemarketing staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Previous experience in the tea or beverage industry is a plus.
